The high-performance diesel engine (39.6kW) enables stable operation in remote and off-grid construction sites, making the system ideal for highways, bridges, tunnels, mining, and water conservancy projects. Integrated with intelligent automatic speed regulation technology, the system continuously adjusts engine output according to pumping pressure, ensuring optimal fuel efficiency, preventing overspeed damage, and maintaining smooth, stable pumping performance under variable load conditions.
With a maximum theoretical output of 20/11 m³/h and pumping pressure up to 8MPa, the system delivers strong and consistent concrete flow for both vertical and horizontal long-distance applications (up to 120m vertical and 300m horizontal). This ensures reliable material delivery in complex construction environments such as high-rise buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects, significantly improving working efficiency and reducing pipeline blockage risk.
Equipped with Hefei hydraulic pump and Taiwan North Precision valve system, the machine provides stable hydraulic response, precise control, and strong resistance to harsh working conditions. The integrated electro-hydraulic system ensures continuous pumping stability, reduces downtime, and enhances long-term durability in heavy-duty construction environments.
The Φ120×900mm large-stroke pumping cylinder combined with a 300L high-position hopper ensures smooth concrete suction and discharge efficiency. The robust structural design minimizes wear, improves material flow consistency, and supports long-duration continuous pumping operations with reduced maintenance frequency.
With a compact 4150×1800×1725mm structure and total weight of 2.5 tons (3.8 tons with pipeline system), the unit is easy to transport and quickly deploy on different job sites.
